A free beta

Brunoise Kitchen is offered free, as-is, while it is being developed. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of important records (you can export to CSV).

Check the numbers

  • Costs cover ingredients only. Labour, overhead, taxes and other costs are excluded, so profit per plate is not net profit.
  • Expiry dates are records only. They are not a food-safety decision; follow labels and your kitchen’s safety procedures.
  • Scanned results may contain errors. Review every line before saving.
  • Assistant replies are suggestions, not allergy, dietary or safety guarantees.
  • “Ask Brunoise · AI” answers come only from your kitchen’s saved records, but check figures that matter. Its spoken voice is AI-generated, not a real person, and it can read and open pages. Availability commands are off by default; only a kitchen lead can enable them, and every change requires confirmation. They never change stock quantities.

Your account

Keep your password private and use only kitchens you are allowed to manage. Don’t misuse the service, try to access other kitchens, or overload it. Fair use limits apply to the assistant and scanning.

Your content

Your recipes and records remain yours. You give Brunoise Kitchen permission to store and show them to your kitchen members so the app can work.

Your data and account deletion

Account settings provide a personal data download and verified permanent account deletion. Shared operational records remain without your account identity; sole-member kitchens require separate deletion confirmation. A shared kitchen must have another lead before its sole lead can delete their account. Normal Trash is recoverable for 30 days before daily permanent cleanup. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Brunoise Kitchen is not responsible for business, food-safety or financial decisions made using the app.
